• Exercise – participants will tell the most unfair experience from their ife, due to a stereotype
• Discussion about the exercise

Afternoon

• Visit to Buila Vanturarita National Park, making photos, discussion with locals
• Teambuilding exercises in Buila Vanturarita National Park
• Dinner and fire-camp in Buila Vanturarita National Park

Day 2: Tuesday – 22 May 2012

Morning

• Ice breaking exercises, evaluation of the first day
• Workshop North vs. South stereotypes!
• Warm-up exercise: Stereotypes vs. Realities
• Discussion on exercise
• Exercise – Stereotype Busters
• Description&preparing the role play
• Role play
• Discussion on role play
• Lunch

Afternoon

• Creative writing session – start working at the screenplay
• Drama exercises and role plays
• Specific Romanian dinner

Day 3: Wednesday – 23 May 2011

Morning

• Ice breaking exercises, evaluation of the second day
• Theoretic session “Human Rights – part I” (presentation and discussions)
• Theoretic session “Human Rights – part I” (presentation and discussions)
• Lunch

Afternoon

• Visit to Ramnicu Valcea “Village Museum”, making photos and movies
• Creative writing session – continuing working at the screenplay
• Download photos and movies on the computer, participants could process them with the help of an IT expert
• Italian dinner in Romania

Day 4 Thursday – 24 May 2011

Morning

• Ice breaking exercises, evaluation of the third day
• Presentation of different soft for processing photos and making movies
• Creative writing session – finishing working at the screenplay
• Presentation and discussion of the three screenplays, distribution of roles, preparing for rehearsal
• Lunch

Afternoon

• Rehearsal for the theatre performance
• Teambuilding – “cooking dinner by ourselves” – traditional dishes from participants’ countries

Day 5 – Friday – 25 May 2011

Morning

• Ice breaking exercises, evaluation of the fourth day
• Preparing the theatre performances
• Lunch

Afternoon

• Visit to the Public County Library “Antim Ivireanul” – Valcea and Europe Direct Centre hosted by this institution
• Performance with the three plays in the Festivities Hall of the Public County Library “Antim Ivireanul” – representatives of local public and private structures interested in the topic of the project and also wide public will be invited
• Varnishing of the photo exhibition “SHOOT the Stereotypes” – with photos made by participants (will be hosted a week after, in the Public County Library “Antim Ivireanul”)
• Dinner and cocktail – non or very low alcoholic – party (teambuilding – “prepare cocktails by ourselves” – traditional drinks from participants’ countries)

Day 6 – Saturday – 26 May 2011

Morning

• Ice breaking exercises, evaluation of the fifth day
• Visit to Horezu – Pottery Center
• Lunch at Horezu Monastery

Afternoon

• “SHOOT the Stereotypes” – show with the short movies made by participants – in the Festivities Hall of the Public County Library “Antim Ivireanul” – representatives of local public and private structures interested in the topic of the project will be invited
• Evaluation session, festivity of giving certificates
• Farewell dinner and dance party
